You must notify Cliniwave immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Cliniwave cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

You are solely responsible for all content that you upload, post, email, transmit, or otherwise make available via the Services. Cliniwave reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable.

Cliniwave grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without explicit permission from Cliniwave
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software underlying the Services
• Use the Services in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect, or inhibit other users from fully enjoying the Services

• Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other harmful material to the Services

Violation of these restrictions may result in the termination of your access to the Services.

All content included on or comprising the Services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio clips, data compilations, and software, is the property of Cliniwave or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on the Services, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution

No right, title, or interest in or to the Services or any content on the Services is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by Cliniwave.

Course fees, subscription rates, and refund policies are governed by a separate agreement and are available upon request. By enrolling in a paid course or subscribing to premium features, you agree to pay all fees associated with such services.

All payments are processed securely through our payment processors. Cliniwave does not store your complete payment information on its servers.

Refund requests will be considered in accordance with our Refund Policy, which may vary depending on the specific course or subscription plan.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cliniwave and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
• Any content obtained from the Services
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Educational outcomes or career results
• Decisions made by third parties based on your use of the Services

Cliniwave disclaims all responsibility for any external links or third-party resources that may be accessed through the Services.

Cliniwave reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Services or contact us to request account deletion.

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India.
