About the Role: We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Clinical Analyst to join our team in Chennai. The candidate will be responsible for supporting clinical and healthcare-related data analysis, reviewing clinical information, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring that assigned tasks are completed according to established processes and quality standards. Key Responsibilities: - Review and analyze clinical and healthcare-related information. - Interpret and work with medical and clinical data accurately. - Apply knowledge of Human Anatomy and Physiology while reviewing clinical information. - Perform data entry, validation, and quality checks as required. - Maintain accuracy and consistency in clinical records and reports. - Use MS Excel and Google Sheets for data management and reporting. - Identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate them appropriately. - Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), quality guidelines, and organizational processes. - Maintain confidentiality of clinical and patient-related information. - Prepare and maintain reports, trackers, and documentation. - Coordinate with internal teams to clarify and resolve data-related issues. - Meet assigned productivity, quality, and turnaround-time requirements. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of Human Anatomy and Physiology – Mandatory. - Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and computer applications. - Good verbal and written communication skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to understand and interpret clinical information. - Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. - Willingness to learn clinical processes and healthcare-related concepts. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences, Allied Sciences, B.Pharm, or a related discipline. Shift: Morning Shift / Regular Shift Industry: Hospitals and Health Care
